points, 3 Cycle over 40 miles = 1 point, 65 miles = 2 points, 90 miles = 3 points,
+100 Swim over 3000m = 1 point, 3800m = 2 points, 5000m = 3 points. To get the extra 3 or more bonus points for any sport, by doing the distances

Acts of selflessness in the face of exhaustion will be rewarded on a
discretionary basis. Any suggestions are welcome with the provision this is a fun competition. Only people invited to join in can play the game. You'll have to be honest and declare your points scored, so we can have a league table.
